Please be informed that our office operates exclusively on a Pay-and-Claim basis, and we do not offer Direct Billing services.

For patients with insurance coverage, we are pleased to provide you with an invoice and assist in completing your insurance forms, which you can then submit to your Insurance Company for reimbursement. To learn more, kindly review the guidance below.

Are You Eligible for Insurance Reimbursement?
To determine your eligibility for insurance reimbursement, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Reach out to your Insurance company
You can locate your insurance company’s contact number on the back of your insurance card.

Step 2: Verify out-of-network benefits
Kindly inquire with your insurance company about the availability of “out-of-network” benefits, specifically related to mental health care and outpatient psychotherapy.

Step 3: Assess your potential reimbursement
We recommend asking your insurance company about the maximum allowable amount your plan covers for mental health services provided by a Psychologist. Additionally, inquire about the percentage of this maximum amount that your plan will reimburse, as this percentage determines the amount you will receive as reimbursement.
